What is a music festival? What is Yiddish music? Do musicians have to practice? Who helps make the festival happen? What is a clarinet? Does all this have to do with Israel? And (last but not least): how accessible is the festival?
Become a reporter and cover the festival:  talk to the musicians and organizers, be present on the scene, document everything you see, live and in real time! At the end of the workshop, your stories and information will be combined to make a newspaper: the first Yiddish Summer festival magazine!

Some info:
We’ll be having our lunches together, so please bring a drink and something for breakfast.
We will also be welcoming volunteers – the more the merrier – to help sell our paper at the Instrumental Music Workshop’s final concert on July 22!

If you have any questions about this workshop or whether it is right for you, please contact: andrea.pancur@othermusic.eu
